Updates Regarding COVID-19
In light of recent guidance from state officials regarding COVID-19, we want to reassure you that Redmond Fall City Animal Hospital is here to serve you and your pets. Our hospital remains open during regular business hours to continue serving the community. To support the health and safety of clients and our team members, we have implemented strict intake procedures:
If you have a scheduled appointment please call from your car when you arrive at the clinic. A doctor will take a brief history and request that you bring your pet to the front door to be accepted by a staff member for their exam inside the hospital. You will return to your car and be notified when to pick up your pet again at the front door. Please make sure you provide us with the cell phone number of the person that will transport the pet so we may call you for authorizations. Estimates and other documents, including receipt will be sent via email so please provide us an email prior to appointment.
SIGNS/SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19:
If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, please call to reschedule or identify a healthy surrogate to bring your pet to our practice in your place. We will contact you for authorization and payment by phone.
NO LOBBY WAITING AREA:
We are practicing social distancing both inside and outside of our hospital. Please be sure to call ahead.
PRESCRIPTION PICK UP AND FECAL DROP OFF:
If you have a fecal drop off or prescription pick up, please call ahead. Please be patient with us as we navigate through these changes while trying our very best to serve you.
